Make a complaint about NFL network

How long will it take to get an agreement to return the NFL network?

First, I miss NBA playoffs because of the Scripps dispute. Now the NFL network. It's like Xfinity is actively attempting to drive away subscribers. Well, it's going to work. If these issues aren't resolved soon. I'll be moving on after 30+ years as a customer. I've been hearing good things about YouTube TV about to find out if they're true.

Thank you for reaching out to our team. We pay programmers to bring our customers the entertainment they love. So far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. We continue to work to keep this programming but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for our customers.

One thing I won't miss are these useless canned responses.

I think this is ridiculous.  I already pay so much money for cable and you can't figure out how to keep the channels accessible. So will this better deal profit you or cut my bill down? It's certainly not going to get me a credit.

If this situation is not resolved by August, I’m going to cancel my service.

Take away the channels I never asked for and the ones I cannot understand and then you will have money to keep the channels you have already been paid to provide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [Edited: "All caps"]

You are going to lose a lot of customers not have that channel!  Good thing I have Directv at home.   I am going to have to change our provider at my office.

To not have the NFL Network and NFL Redzone is unacceptable. These channels are about all we watch during the season and even off-season and one of the reasons we have stayed with cable through Xfinity. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, we may be switching services. (Yes, it’s that important for us real NFL fans.)

We pay high costs to get Xfinity/Comcast services each month. And to have services taken away with no reduction in costs is ridiculous. Where is our $10 minimum reduction in our monthly bills????????

Where does it say you'll get a $10 minimum reduction in your monthly bill?

It doesn’t but if Comcast cared about its customers, especially those who have been with Comcast for years they would take some money off their bills. Especially since Comcast doesn’t have to pay the NFL any longer for their service

For the cost of cable and Internet is not acceptable that you take programming. Never does it go the other way. If this is not resolved by NFL season I fir one will go back to Direct TV or streaming service.

I completely understand the frustration of this situation considering I am a huge football fan.  We are working very hard to bring back the networks that we all love as soon as possible. We do appreciate your patience with these concerns.

Hi there,

After years of having Xfinity, losing NFL Network and Red Zone is a deal breaker for me!!  We will be cancelling our Xfinity soon and switching to You Tube TV, which will be costing a FRACTION of the $320 PER MONTH that we spend with Xfinity for dwindling services.  Are you KIDDING ME, Xfinity.  This is abhorrent.  You can spin this all you want with double speak, but shame on you for not providing these services.

user_7mr26w Although we certainly wouldn't want this to be the case if an agreement can't be made before you switch, we do understand your frustration with the current loss of the network. Hopefully we can come to an agreement soon, but if not we do apologize it brought you to the decision to remove the service with us.

I too have been a Xfinity customer for years and pay extra for entertainment sports package and can't get my nfl channel or red zone my favorite channels my most watched channels because of corporate greed . You need to work this out now you have thousands, millions of people mad and will leave Xfinity if it doesn't get fixed right now so you guys better get it done or go out of business!

Please come to a resolution asap. 90% of what I get in my package is never viewed and wasted space. NFL Network is essential and if this issue does not reach an agreement soon, I will be looking at other options.

All the money I'm being charged for cable and I pay extra for NFL Network and it's unavailable? Am I getting a refund or a discount. Doubt it. Time to cut the cord. I pay over $300 a month! I'm done!

Hello @Eaglesteve12, and thank you for posting your concerns on our Xfinity Community forums.

I completely understand how frustrating that is, especially when you’re paying for something you expect to have access to. Right now, the channel is unavailable due to ongoing contract negotiations, and Comcast is actively working to get it back as quickly as possible, so you can continue enjoying the programming you signed up for.  We will continue to make every effort possible to bring this back for you as soon as we are able to come to an agreement that is fair and beneficial to our customers.

Hello @user_sr3wtg,

Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

This may be the end of Xfinity for me. This is a shame. I really like Xfinity.
