Loyalty

2 weeks ago, I chatted online with a rep with the result being that I was told that someone from Loyalty would contact me within 24 hours.  I haven't heard anything.

Channels were dropped from the lineup that were a part of the package I signed up for.  I am considering cancelling my services, which is a shame after probably 30 years.

Sorry for the delay in responding - I did not receive a notification that you had replied. The main channel I am interested in is Sportsnet Pittsburgh (843), which was moved to a higher tier.  I do not want to spend an extra $250 or so a year just to get one channel that was in the package I signed up for.

@user_25ed1a When using the forums, there will be time in between our responses. I assure you that we will reply, so don't worry. If that channel has been moved to another tier, then there would be no way to get it back on to your current channel line up. If you're wanting to reduce your bill, then we can definitely help you look for a new promotion. Is that what you want to do?
