Live Chat Agent not connecting
Everytime I ask to speak to a live agent about my wifi box being broken, It is getting hung when I click internet on the AI support. This internet is atrocious and overpriced to be dealing with this. I'm trying to get a new modem because mine is not working...

Hi @Abyssal, thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. You have come to the right place for help, we have many brains here to help when issues like this come along. I must let you know that there are plenty things that could be preventing your series from working properly, but the modem is a good place in troubleshooting. You can always just head to a Xfinity store to swap out your modem, or we can get one shipped out to you. What basic troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far?
It would also be helpful to know what exactly you are experiencing, could you describe your issue a little more?
