Is the option for a live agent not available?  I just get the three dots on the chat with nothing happening.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. When I went to try the Xfinity chat to see about a payment extension, it doesn't load, just three dots. Not on mobile, not on Chrome, not on Edge, not on Firefox, clear cache, re installed the app. Tried calling, and am stuck on an endless automated loop.  Can anyone help.
