International calling did not work in Turks and Caicos.

Took 2 phone calls to set up international calling and global travel pass. Agents were not familiar with name of country. 

Called xfinity customer service twice while in TCI bc we could not make or receive phone calls, this was extremely worrying. I had to spell out the name of the country to each agent!! Neither agent was helpful. They did not speak clear English and said they could not transfer the call to the US. 


We did not receive a phone call from hotel check in telling us our room was ready. And did not receive another very important phone call while in TCI. 

Switched from Verizon to Xfinity to save money, not worth it to me. Too much stress involved.

I would like credit for global travel pass on both phones. 
I spent 24 mins on the phone setting up international calling with an xfinity rep before I left. Tge representative was not familiar with the country name of Turks and Caicos. Very concerning.

That is a reasonable request! That will have to be handled by our mobile team over phone and I don't see why we won't accomodate that.
