I would like a different remote

I'd like the old style with the chrome box in the middle like an xr 11. This new one they gave me is too hard to use. Buttons are too small. Can anyone tell me if there is another remote I could use.  My box is Pace PXD01ANI .

As my colleague mentioned, we don't have a way to request a specific model of remote when ordering a replacement for shipment; rather, the warehouse will send whichever remote they have available. That said, you can contact our Accessibility team, who has some options on other remotes we have available, including ones with larger buttons. The voice recognition system by phone allows you to say phrases such as "accessibility" or "large button remote" to ensure you reach the right agent. If you do not speak your request when prompted to do so, you will not be transferred directly to the right team, so this is an important step to follow! -Macey

You can pick up the remote of your choosing at the nearest Service center "No charge"..

Hello, @user_5b0fd4! This link (https://www.xfinity.com/support/remotes) will show you all of our current remotes and their model numbers. Please note that we cannot specify which Voice Remote (XR15 or XR11) gets shipped out to you. The orders are fulfilled with what is available.
