I want to talk to a live agent

Just spent quite a while on the 1800 # trying to reach a human with no success. Why is it intentionally made hard? I just want to talk to a human about moving services and discounts. Talking to a live agent should be easy. No I don't wanna chat to with the bot. It's not answering my questions swiftly enough. Is there a way to reach a live agent easily?

user_qk43rk, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. To access your voicemail and manage spam messages with Xfinity Voice, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to Xfinity Voice using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click the **Settings** icon in the upper-right corner and select **Settings**.
  3. Choose **Call Blocking** to adjust your Spam Blocker settings.

How do I get a hold of Live Human Agent at Xfinity? Or is Xfinity only an AI service with no human beings involved? Why does Xfinity customer service seem like a race to the bottom?

I have no service. DNC is not found.  Spent 3 hours chatting virtually with your service -- no luck. Phone appt times offered do not work for me I need a early morning appt but yet, I want to talk with someone live. I am a student and need to have service ASAP. Thank you. Barbara

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
