Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Internet service alone is now $127 per month for me. This is living in a metro city - not rural.

I currently moved to Proton Mail for email and will go to T-Mobile for Internet service. Just changing to Proton mail is liberating (all encrypted).
