Hi, @user_c6910c, you've reached just the right team for help with updating your plan to internet only. To better assist, could you please send my team a private message with your first and last name, and address? 

To send a private message, you may need to:

  1. Click "Sign In"
  2. Click the "direct message" icon
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  4. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  5. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  6. Press Enter to send it
