I own my equipment

Hello I ended service with you guys last month and spoke with a person and told her twice that I have none of your equipment. I own my own router and always have and today I get a text saying don’t forget to return my equipment to avoid charges where do I stand my name is Tom [Edited: Personal Information]. Equipment used: My own Arris Surfboard purchased in 2018

Equipment rented: Nothing whatsoever during this or my previous contract with Xfinity so there simply should be no confusion at all regarding equipment
