I need to return equipment, but the label is not showing on my account.
I need to return equipment, but the label is not showing on my account. I've tried multiple attempts chatting with a rep and calling customer service, and still no luck. . I'm getting very frustrated that I can't return this modem. I can't take it to the store because I live in NY. Can someone please just email me the label?

Hi, @user_0a8ab2. Can you give me more details on what you are running into? In the return center, you hit "start new return" and your equipment is not listed? We can't email a label but can look into mailing a box kit with a label. You can also drop it off at a UPS store where they pack and ship for free(no label from you needed) I can understand if you can't drop it off anywhere and when that is the case we want to do what we can to make it easy.

The equipment is grayed out. So I cannot file a return. A rep was able to file the return for me but I can't access the label. If i just take the modem to UPS, they will know which account it is associated with? How does that work?
