Hello @jd_hart. Sorry for the issues you're running into when trying to print your return label. I can understand why this would be frustrating. If you're unable to print one, I would be happy to see if I can send a box with a return label. You can also drop it off at your local service center or UPS Store. Let us know what works best for you.

You're so welcome. Before we look into that request, we do offer free drop off at UPS Stores and any of our service centers. Is that not an available option for you?

@XfinityChe Hi.  I am having this same problem since yesterday.  I cannot print the return label.  If you can email me the label then I can manage the rest of the return.  Please let me know how to proceed.

@user_32f2f5 Hello and good afternoon, and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forum! You also have the option to drop it off at any Xfinity service center or UPS Store, or if you would prefer, we can see if we are able to ship you a prepaid label. To answer your question, we are unable to actually email the label to you, and instead we are just be able to send the label to you in the mail. Please let us know what works best for you!

Hi, I am having trouble printing the shipping label as well! Our local UPS store is not aware this service therefore would you be able to send the label to me in the mail? Thank you in advance.

I also cannot print a return label to return a piece of equipment. There is a problem with the website.

Hi, if you are unable to print the return label please visit the closest Xfinity store or UPS and they will be able to print the label for you and ship the equipment back to our warehouse for free.

its a problem with xfinity. You have to wait 48 hours after you request the return, then they will allow you to see and print the tracking label.  Or possibly just xfinity being xfinity and making you wait a little longer in order to return it.

I am having the same problem: I have equipment to return to Xfinity. I've created a return shipping label on the Xfinity website. I get a message that reads "!  Looks like something went wrong  Please reload the page and try again" when I log in via two different web browsers. I called Xfinity. The first agent had me call the UPS pick up telephone number to "see what they want to do about it." UPS agent told me UPS couldn't do anything about it as Xfinity had created the label and needed to get it to me. Second Xfinity agent I talked to told me Xfinity can't print/send the label to me. She suggested waiting two days and trying again and then calling again. No, she says, there is no direct number. I see from this forum that in two days I will indeed need to scream AGENT multiple times on Friday before I reach someone who will be no better equipped to deal with this issue. Returning to my closest Xfinity store IS NOT AN OPTION as my closest Xfinity store is not at all close. (It used to be a 15-minute walk from here, but Xfinity closed it within six months of assuring our city council there was no plan to close the office here.)

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @user_b525c1. I am sorry to hear about your trouble getting the label to print. This is never the experience we want for our customers. We don’t actually send out return labels or boxes but we do partner with UPS. You can take the equipment to a UPS store and they will scan it, box it up, and send it back to us (Free of charge). You don’t even need to take a box. Once again, I am sorry that you had to jump through hoops to return the equipment. Please let us know if you run into any trouble moving forward. Our team will be on standby.
