I can't access my Xfinity account

I can't sign in in a browser or using the app. This is an issue because I am a new user trying to set up my account.

I have been dealing with an issue where the system is not recognizing the ss #/birthday, therefore they cannot put through my order for a replacement phone on a 2 year relationship with xfinity.  10 days of phone calls lasting hours at a time and 5 hours in the store with no resolution.  This is not acceptable
