Good afternoon @user_ff2488, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums. We appreciate the opportunity to help.

Were you previously able to access your Xfinity Rewards benefits without any issues? If so, did you make any recent changes to your account or services, such as transferring service, moving, upgrading your plan, or opening a new account?

Additionally, when did you first notice that your Rewards benefits were no longer available? Have you tried logging out of your account and signing back in, or clearing your browser's cache and cookies?

I don't remember it has been a while, I redeemed the peacocktv subscription, not sure if that counts. I logged out and logged back in on a private window with no cookies and still have the same message. I have three account numbers under my login, the first one is inactive, I wonder if that is the problem, even though I selected one of the other two active accounts.

user_mhjgtz Hello, and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community. I'm sorry to hear you've been dealing with this, especially after already trying to get help back in March and not getting the resolution you were looking for. I can certainly understand how frustrating that would be. I'd be happy to take a fresh look at your account and review the changes to your internet speed and pricing with you. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address, and we'll go over everything together to see what options may be available.
