I asked to reduce my service to internet only, you shut that off OK but you're still billing me for the disconnected service. The 'chat assistant barrier is useless to the customer. Need HUMAN!

Good luck with that! I just changed my wifi service after they hugely inflated my monthly amount without notice and strangely did get a real person that day and they fixed it BUT, now I see thru the online account that they have added my phone to my account which I clearly told them NO! I am already on contract with another company! This place is so maddening!! A.I. is the dumbest yet. It is only programmed to answer what THEY want to talk about! There is no way I can talk to an Agent! I am so willing to pay more for a different company after this [Edit: Language] Ridiculous!! And to think I recommended them to others because at the time it was smooth sailing, not anymore! This place has imploded!
