How to report property damage by Comcast

The Comcast cable from street to back of home has damaged sprinkler system cutting water lines with equipment that dig under ground to lay cables.  How can I get reimbursed for repairs?

@user_54f51e You need to wait until you are asked to send a direct/private message.  Doing so without being asked is a violation of our Forum Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.  Also, messages sent without request are ignored by the employees.

To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

Comcast did major damage on my rental unit.  i have called several times and no one is calling me back.  this is the worst service I have ever had.  I’ve called about five times and am getting no where.

Need to report a sidewalk damage from the comcast construction crew.  My service is different from the address.  We own the property with the damaged sidewalk. Who can I report this to? I have been going in circle with your automated system but never got connected with an agent.

I also have sidewalk damage to report. The cable lid or cover have a large hole in it. I was able to put a cone in it so that passerby hopefully won't step in it but cover needs to be replaced ASAP as it get busy at times.

We had a xfinity truck at the corner of our property digging around for 2 days, now there is a water leak.  How do i get this repaired, water is leaking into the street.
