how do I activate the preview pane?

Simple question but I can't figure it out since I haven't used Xfinity in quite awhile.

Hi there! Totally understandable — it’s easy to miss if you haven’t used it in a while!

To activate the preview pane in Xfinity Email:

  1. Log in at connect.xfinity.com.

  2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to open Settings.

  3. Under Mail, select Display Settings.

  4. Find the Preview Pane section and choose whether you want it on the right or below your inbox.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

There isn't a "Display Settings".

For a Preview Pane in webmail, click on View in the far right of the icon row.  Choose either Vertical or Horizontal
