I am on the verge of cancelling my service as well as my mobile if I don't get this resolved I really need to speak with an agent that speaks English and can understand what I need

I spoke with someone over a month ago to get my bill down and I signed up for mobile services we’ll come to find out they didn’t put the pkg in place that we talked about and didn’t give me the mobile credit so my bill is back up to we’re it was

The package for my cable to get my bill down I was on the phone for over an hour with the guy and come to find out nothing we talked about was done with my husband military discount ACP discount and mobile my bill should be $130 ish but it’s almost $200
