FortiClient Work VPN Kicks Me Out Every 25 Minutes When I Switched To Xfinity

I just switched to Xfinity from AT&T. I work from home and my company uses FortiClient for our VPN. Ever since I switched it kicks me out and needs to reconnect, its getting annoying and my IT has told me it might be a modem/router issue. I have the XB6. My IT guy told me to turn it into bridge mode, but that didn't work since it throttled my speeds to 20. Advanced security is off and I'm desperate to find a solution.

I have the same issue. I have 1.2Gb internet, and regularly see 600-800 Mb to my laptop on my Wi-Fi.

As soon as I turn in my Forticlient VPN it drops to 2Mb or less.  I am so frustrated. I tried to call Xfinity to talk to a human, but could not get the bot to connect me.

Hey @user_0577lv,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums support page. It sounds like your Internet is working quite well. Internet speeds when connected wirelessly typically tops out at around 600 Mbps to 800 Mbps depending on many factors such as wireless protocol and signal strength.

When using VPN, your Internet traffic gets routed different from when you are not connected to a VPN.  This can cause the Internet to appear slower than the connection to the home actually is. Would you be able to perform a speed test without connecting to the VPN and connect directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable to verify the service delivery to the home?
