Downed wires in yard

user_5b9150 Thanks for reaching out about a downed line in your yard here on Forums. You have come to the right team to assist with getting it back up where it should be. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Service is down at our next door neighbors home. They are Xfinity customers. Could very well be because of the downed wires. Again the address of the downed wires is [Edited: Personal Information]

We are not able to help with your neighbor's connection as they would need to call/message us about their service, but we are happy to help submit a request to see what is going on with the wire that is down. Is the address you provided your own and are your service being impacted?
