Hi @user_ev306x Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. Our community member @BruceW has mentioned the details for direct messaging. How can we assist you today?
I’d like to have a technician come to my home to fix a couple of issues with my service:
- the cable from the utility pole to my home is sagging almost down to my lawn. This is probably not safe
- when I am watching TV and using FaceTime on my phone, the TV pixilates and the picture is unviewable. When not using FaceTime, the pixilation on the screen isn’t as bad, but it not the clear, crisp picture I’d like.
Hi there, @user_49bp0t ! Thank you so much for reaching your Digital Care team. I appreciate your patience while you waited to connect with me. I'm sorry to hear about your cable line and service issues. Please be assured you reached the right person to assist you. Can you please DM me your first and last name, along with your full service address so that I can assist you further.-Richard
