Damaged Comcast/Xfinity pedestal needs repair

The Comcast/Xfinity utility pedestal in front of my property has been knocked over and the enclosure is damaged/open. It was already in this damaged condition before I moved into the house, and I would like to have it repaired or replaced.

Please create a maintenance work order to inspect and repair/replace the pedestal. It is located adjacent to my driveway and close to the road, so there is a risk of further damage. I have photos showing its current condition.

Thank you.

Hey @user_5ncx1e, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Please note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. Future violations will result in a ban of forum privileges. This is just a heads-up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you.

We can most certainly help submit a request for a damaged pedestal. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.

I’m sorry for that, I didn’t know those guidelines.
