Damage
On 9/23/26 I requested a cable replacement due to the CATV/Internet cable exposed on adjacent dirt road property. After a site visit, I was told two weeks , than a few days for repair ( several weeks ago ). A second request was posted on 10/16/26 with increased priority. The job was done on 10/28/26. During these weeks there was no personal contact. I had to force through AI in order to speak to a representative. I am very displeased with the repair, as it resulted in our phone line being severed. The missing piece was found under a neighbors tree and we were not notified. Verizon repair pending. Also, the trench for the replacement cable was left in total disarray. Dirt will have to be added to restore. I have pictures that can be emailed to you, if requested with your email address. Another issue was the connection to the box at the house was left unable to close and the ground wire was not connected. I expect responsible action and compensation for this ordeal.
