I called customer care it sent me a link to text my question to. When I was connected to Namira through text, I asked a question about my current plan and replacing my current phone with no trade in. They immediately texted they was going to add a line and send me a new phone and change my Internet. I told them NO but they continued til I typed STOP to be removed from the text chat. I then had to spend more time calling back in to have the rep remove the phone and new number request from my account. This was so wrong! We have been customers of Xfinity/Comcast for over 15+ years.

I'm trying to set up my payment but it's not letting me in and idk the routing number I have a visa debit.and it's through my savings account.
