@user_2csrn3  Our team can also help. General customer support is 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489). Can you tell us more about what's going on so we can assist you and ensure you get to the correct place?

I disconnected my internet service on 5/24/2026 because I moved. My account showed a balance that I then paid for. Comcast informed me I overpaid and said I would get a refund in my checking account in 5-7 business days. After 7 days I called again and was told refunds can take up to 60 days. After 60, I called again and was told a credit card was mailed to the address I moved from. I’ve called at least 8 times in the past two months trying to get my money back in my checking account. After being on the phone with a supervisor for over a hour today, that person hung up on me because they no longer had the patience or expertise to help resolve the issue. If anyone in the Refunds Escalation Department can reach out to me, I’d greatly appreciate it! My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"]
