Contractors digging up yard

hello,

we have contractors marking up our front yard in preparation to dig/bury new cable lines.  We haven’t received much information on what the project is, how long it will take, how repairs will be made/when they’ll be made and/or how we will be compensated for the damage. I would like to speak with someone who can walk us through these items and have a broader discussion.  How can I contact you directly or be contacted?

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us! If there is a crew ready to bury your line, they will mark your lines, bury it and replace the dirt that has been dug up. There shouldnt be any damage, but if there is, you can let usknow here and we will provide next steps.

I recently had Comcast near my property to dig up a broken line.  They replaced it with dirt, but now the dirt has sunk 12 inches.  The hole looks like a crater.  Can I get a call to have them repair the hole?
