Cant call out on verizon

Incoming calls dont work

Verizon says its comcast problem

Comcast techs say its a [Edited: "Language"] contest comcast says its verizon problem.

Use wifi calling by using airplane mode…..sometimes but unreliable.

400$ a month and nobody [Edited: "Profanity"] about fixing it. Nobody! I hold comcast responsible for fixing this [Edited: "Language"] poor service! My wife likes the movie choices but I will cancell my account if its not fixed asap. Dont send a useless tech. 

Fix the [Edited: "Profanity"] problem

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
