Comcast wants to dig up my new lawn... [Edited]
So this Comcast contractor starts banging on my door at 8:00 in the morning saying he's going to run a cable from the pedestal which is on one side of my property...across my front yard and driveway down to another's customer's house. I immediately said "I refuse" and he threatened me saying "well then Comcast will sue you". Apparently this cable is just going to lay across my property until it gets buried...which brings me to my next issue. I just had my lawn completely re-sodded (because Comcast killed it when they buried the cable to my house...this is all new construction in this area)...and I also have put in an irrigation system, both of which have cost me many thousands of dollars. How do I get in charge with whomever is in charge of these cable digs....I would prefer they don't dig up my new lawn and possibly damage my irrigation system????

@JerseyMike888 Hello, thank you for taking the time to reach out in our great Xfinity forums community. I can understand the anxiety with the situation and what as you stated happen before. I'm happy to investigate. Did the contractor give you any number to call for your concerns?
