Awesome, I'm glad it is working out but am sure it is annoying. Is this in the Forums direct message inbox or another message box? Also, do you mind sending a screenshot to make it easier to find out what it is for?

We appreciate that information, @user_c12653

Just to clarify, what are you seeing this message on? Is it a computer, cable box, touchscreen, mobile phone or when using our forum or other features? When did you first start noticing it?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Hey @Krishud, thank you for letting us know. When you click on the error message, does it take you to any settings?

Hello @user_eb1fc6 Do you have your comcast . net email address set up through outlook on your computer? That is typically when I see this message on my computer. Do you recall changing your password for your Xfinity ID recently?

@user_eb1fc6

If you are using the Connect website, you should see an Xfinity verification logo next to an email.  If you don't see that,  you can probably bet that that is a spam/phishing email.  Webmail will automatically update and there is nothing you need to do about that.  Ditto with internet and cable tv.
