Comcast Seasonal

Is there any "self service" features on Xfinity that work. You can't get pins sent via SMS for phone porting and it seems you can't complete requests for Seasonal either. I am starting to root for Bally Sports vs Comcast.

Hey @tims155, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Seasonal hold feature. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

In order to turn on a seasonal hold, you would need to visit our 'Seasonal Convenience Plan — Enrollment form' support page. The account would need to meet all requirements listed and enrollment dates. Are you able to visit the enrollment page and view the available options? Are you going through the process then having issues submitting?

Yes, when submitting the form the error above is what it shows. I've tried it more than once from Xfinity at home and at work in case it was a wonky DNS issue, but no matter what I get the error above..

@tims155 Thank you for trying multiple times. I'm sorry that it's not budging for us. I know self-service is the preferred way, but since it's not working for the account, there may be something specific to the account causing the issue. I would love the opportunity to help and figure out why this is failing for us.

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there, I will send a code for verification and dig into the error to help find the correct resolution.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Thanks. I'll try this when I have some time. I was going to mess around with it during work lunch today, but the Comcastseasonal.com page is just spinning and not loading today.

@tims155 Are you signed in to your account when you try to visit the seasonal page? Were you recently on a seasonal plan? I'm very happy to help with your request to add seasonal, and I can check the system to see what is causing the site to not load for us.

I have tried this a few times here and there over the past few weeks and continued to get the error message. Then for who knows what reason when I tried it one more time it actually went through. Not sure if it was timing or some little elves behind the scenes kicked something. This is the 2nd online "self-service feature" from Xfinity that didn't work for me for awhile and then voila it did.
