Claim uodate

I filed a claim on my grandaughters 4 month old IPhone 17 pro last Thursday 8/5,today is the 12th of August with still no update.

Claim support online says wait 24 hours for Decision.

Still has no update.

When calling to talk to customer support I honestly beleive they get paid by the number of words they speak(unintelligible).

@Xfinity Support is the absolute wirste CC service I have ever dealt with.

They continuously transfer you from unintelligible agent to another only to go through the exact 5 questions that takes 10 minutes per agent to find out nothing.

This is Xfinity not their insurance.

The phone is only 6 months old so it falls under their manufacturer warranty.
