Cannot request an XFi Pod exchange

My XFi Pod does not connect reliably after many months of service and it seems to have completely quit. The online Pod exchange form for Xfinity does not work. How do I get my Pod exchanged? Is there a way to connect with a human?

The procedure in the link did not fix the issue. I have tried installing, relocating and other stuff. The Pod has died. How do I get an exchange? Again, the exchange form online does not work for us.

That's definitely not the experience we want for you to have @user_0bebfb.  When you attempt to exchange the Pod online, are you receiving any error messages or codes?

1. Went to www.xfinity.com/xfipodreturns, filled out the form. Hit Submit.

2. Got sent to another page with another version of the form filled out. The page was at www.xfinity.com/xfi-pod-returns-form

3. Hit submit. Nothing happened.

4. Hit submit again. Got the following message:

"We experienced a technical difficulty while processing your request. Your data may not have been correctly saved."

I am using Microsoft Edge browser.

The form at this link is promising. I got the following reply after submitting the form.

"Thank you! We’ll contact you by email within 24-48 hours with more information."

We will wait for an email.
