Cannot pay bill by phone or online
I call 1-800 Xfinity to pay, and it says I cannot pay over the phone. I login and give my credit card information, and the page never finishes loading. My internet will be shut off next week, but there is no way for me to pay!!!! What can I do? How do I speak with someone?

The loading issue can usually be resolved by just clearing your cache and cookies whilst using our preferred browser of google chrome. The article below will walk you through clearing you cache and cookies, once you complete these steps please try to make your payment again.
