Cannot pay bill by phone or online

I call 1-800 Xfinity to pay, and it says I cannot pay over the phone. I login and give my credit card information, and the page never finishes loading. My internet will be shut off next week, but there is no way for me to pay!!!! What can I do? How do I speak with someone?

Yay, @user_szlebw ! Mission accomplished, that Xfinity app sure does come in handy. It has quite a bit of features, you will find it to be very convenient. The article Using the Xfinity app goes the general features, but I would recommend taking a good peak around for yourself.

We certainly do not want your services to be interrupted in any way, we appreciate you filling us in. The loading issue can usually be resolved by just clearing your cache and cookies whilst using our preferred browser of google chrome. The article below will walk you through clearing you cache and cookies, once you complete these steps please try to make your payment again. 

Clear cache and delete cookies in Google Chrome
