cannot log into peacock

I'm suppose to have peacock but when signing in with info says acc not recognized

Hello @user_194l8g thanks so much for taking the time to reach us on Xfinity Forums! Are you signing directly into Peacock when encountering this error? We do have a specific process for redeeming the free/included Peacock services. Can you review the Forums Post we've created on this, follow these steps, and let us know if this works for you?

yes I have done that on Xfinity -says acct has been activated

Great! That's good to hear!  Are you able to access Peacock successfully when using that link information? Xfinity Peacock Activation should direct you to Peacock, and if you're signed in with your Xfinity ID/password  will redirect you to Peacock .
