Cancellation
I canceled my xfinity on Feb 27 in store. I got an email that my cancellation request was received. How long does that take to process? Its been almost a week and getting close to when autopay would charge my monthly bill. So I turned off autopay and removed my card information. I just want to be done with it. It was set up to charge my normally monthly bill. I want to pay my final pro rated bill. On the app it doesn’t even look like the request is being processed.
