Greetings @user_x2jl2v, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums with your issue, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry that you are having issues with canceling the subscription to Paramount+, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. If you have an X1 box, you can unsubscribe from the service by going to Settings on your Xfinity X1 TV Box or Xumo Stream Box.
Go to the Apps & Subscription Management menu. Or you can also say "Manage Paramount Plus" into your Xfinity Voice Remote to get there quickly.
