Hello @user_ud989g, and thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums!

I can certainly understand your frustration. Being transferred multiple times, disconnected, and feeling like you're not getting a straightforward answer when you're simply trying to cancel your service would be incredibly aggravating.

To clarify, the only updated address that may be needed during the cancellation process is the address where you would like any final bill or closing correspondence sent. We'd be happy to review your account and assist with your cancellation concerns.

Please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and existing service address, and we'll be glad to take a closer look and help however we can. We look forward to assisting you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)
