I too would like to cancel my services. I do not see a chat icon on the upper right of the page. Other attempts to chat only get me into a loop with the xfinity bot.,

We hate to see you leave the Xfinity family user_xyv2o1, but we're happy to help in any way we can. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
