Cancel payment

I need to cancel a payment on my account because I told my brother to do me a favor and pay it but he paid it with a different card so I need help getting a refund and I will put a different card for the payment

Hi @user_skfd46 Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community forums. If the payment can be canceled it will allow you to do it in the app. If the payment is pending already, we would not be able to cancel the payment.

The payment already went through but I need a refund on that money because it’s not mine who can I speak to so that can be done

Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address. Also, we do require documentation of the transaction from your financial institution showing the charge/debit, so please be sure to have that on hand as well. Thanks!
