Can I talk to a human being
I am trying to setup service for my new apartment and get to the last step where it says submit order and it appears to work. A few hours later I got another email saying that my order is still in the cart. Every time I try and follow the link I get signed out of my xfinity account and can't do anything. I've been in a constant loop where I can't sign into my account to check the status of the order and I've gone through the process for a hours. I resorted to calling the phone number but can't get to contact a human being. Please help I want to pull my hair out.
