Cable line removal

Hi, I recently had the technician come out and say that I needed to remove a lot of the old and disconnected lines as I have 5 to 6 of them that are no longer working. He said I could schedule that customer support. Are you able to help me get this scheduled?

Hi there, @bptight0! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Are we referring to lines on the outside of your home or inside?

Not inside. The cable lines running from outside the house to the power lines. The technician said there were multiple lines that were dead and should probably be removed.
