Hi @user_s2tzas. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We can most certainly help submit a request for a drop bury. Was the line recently installed? Are you also experiencing any service issues?

They hooked us up in February. I have called 3 times to get this buried. All 3 times they said they were sending the work order to a third party. It never happened. All of my neighbors have had their lines buried. Xfinity doesn't have a problem taking the payment every month, and can't even follow up with what should have been taken care of months ago
Hi user_kktp6g! I completely understand your frustration, having 300 feet of fiber line sitting out on your grass for this long is definitely not ideal! I see we recently asked you to send us a Direct Message, so we can pull up your account and get this sorted out. We absolutely want to help! To get started, please follow the instructions provided by XfinityJamesC.

Unfortunately I don't have time to call and do this again. I encourage you to look up my account and then read the notes from all of the times I called.
@user_kktp6g If you prefer to continue through the Xfinity Community Forum, you'll need to complete the instructions listed above.
