Bad Customer Service. Bad network. Bad customer executive resolution.

I have been with T-mobile cellphone service for 13 years and Xfinity Internet fot 10+ years. My wife told me that our Xfinity internet bill had gotten out of hand and was coming in over $300, so I called and went to the Xfinity store and thats where everything went to [Edited: “Profanity”]

Over a conversation, the salesman convinced me to try an bundle cell & internet service for a better experience 5 year price guarantee.

However, after doing so, the salesman said that I did not qualify for new cellphone payment plans for my 3 lines and because my account was new, because they created a new acct for the promo, etc...

Needless to say, I walked out the store without cell service.  However, over the next 5 months, I was receiving Xfinity collection calls for cellphone  service, of which I never had.

Therefore, I went to the Xfinity store on October 28th, because I really am interested in sampling the cellphone coverage footprint.  Once there, they look up the acct. And tell me that I have an outstanding cell phone bill for 2 numbers that need to be paid before I can move forward.  Of course,.I said I have never had cellphone service or any active phone numbers with Xfinity.   Needless to say, they said if I would pay the $81.02 on the cell side, that they would credit me on the internet side and of course that sounded fair.  However, not that my credit was perfect, but they hammered my score.

Again, I went ahead and transferred one number (my) to Xfinity and the hardware keeps dropping the calls, so I went in to the Xfinity store 5 times in one day to work on the activation and to try and determine the problem with the dropped calls.  Lond story short, I need new hardware, but the will not allow me a payment plan, etc... I wanted to activate my number onXfinity with a Samsung S-12 Ultra payment plan and they will not allow me to do it, but they did charge me for 2 lines that I never activated or authorized and had collections all over me.

As of today, I have been on the phone with multiple supervisors and they are telling me that there is no sign of an $81 payment  or cellphone numbers that were in my acct and that i should report it as fraud.

Simply put.  They deleted the numbers, etc.

I have proof of payment, etc

Someone please help me.  I think I have enough for a lawsuit.
