$200 Amazon Gift Card Not Received After 90 Days

Hi everyone,

When I signed up for Xfinity, I was promised a $200 Amazon gift card after 90 days of on-time payments. It has now been over 90 days, and I still have not received the gift card or any updates about it.

I’ve seen others mention similar issues here in the forum, so I’m wondering—who do I need to contact to get this resolved? I’d really appreciate any help in getting this taken care of.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityArmand​ I have the exact same issue. It's over 90 days since my internet service is activated; the promised 200 gift card has not come through. Additionally, I have not receive the prepaid card neither for adding a mobile line with my own phone. I have tried the incentive tracker but it found no records at all; and there is no direct message function visible to me in this forum. Are you able to help me with all these or should I escalate the issues somewhere else, let me know. Thanks!

Hello, @user_8tjgjp thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I do see you have recently signed up here, and understand if you aren't familiar with the forums processes. To be able to send a direct message, you'll want to first be logged in if you currently aren't. The option to direct message becomes available once you create your first post, but also wanted to help get the proper expectations set up that sending an unsolicited direct message without being asked to by a Xfinity employee is against forum guidelines. I appreciate the update that you have already checked the incentive tracker, that would have been a question I'd ask. Since your unable to find any information associated with the Visa prepaid cards, I'd definitely like to investigate further and can open a ticket for our back end team to help get this corrected. I have and it says that it cannot find my information. However, I have confirmed with Xfinity Support that I signed up during the promotion. They seem to think there was an issue with activation, because I did an online. I was told I’m eligible for the $200 gift card. They sent in a ticket to support almost 2 weeks ago, but no updates since then.
