I am sitting in my house trying to watch a football game on a local station via xfinity app. I do not have an antenna becuae well I am paying for this channel that is free via air. I have used this app to watch this channel before not sure what I am paying for it I cannot use it when it want to. Please help resolve this.

I am very frustrated that I am not able to watch NBC tonight. I am getting the code 00281. Sat on hold for over 35min and finally hung up.

I keep getting this error message on my TV. I can’t watch any HD channels. I’m watching SNF in SD. I can watch HD on my phone.

my DVR is not recording the programs properly I get the recordings are freezing, pixelating black screen with white dots not fast forwarding this is on CBS, MSNBC, CNN messages from Xfinity to try again this had been going on for 10 days. I tried using my iPhone that's not using xfinity wifi and I'm.still getting same results 

Also test were ran and and all of the test state that everything is working we checked all of our cable wires and plugs and they are all functional
