Why is laff TV channel 326 GONE

This is in Response to an e-mail I sent Sept 28 2022

We lost the rights to air LAFF and it has moved to channel 22.3. At some future date we will have programming on 12.3 again so that's why you still see it show up in your channel selections but with no content.
