Channel 326 channel change.

On August 29th channel 326 was Laff TV, now on Tuesday August 30th channel 326 is now Telemundo.

Is Laff TV gone or has it been located elsewhere, or is it gone?  Did I miss the channel change notice?

According to Wikipedia, KIRO carries both Laff and Telemundo, in addition to Cozi TV and CBS. To be honest, it seems as if it's rare to have Laff available on cable. It's here in Chicago, but not on Comcast. In your case, it's possible KIRO's carriage agreement with Comcast may limit the number of subchannels allowed, and they probably think Telemundo has more of a market than Laff.

I’m am really bummed. This was one of my favorite channels. I used to watch it in the mornings while getting ready for work, and on the weekends. Do you think they would ever consider doing it as a subscription channel?

Thanks for reaching out to the Xfinity community forums, @faenet! We see that there are some discrepancies in regard to changes that a network recently made to their channel. As already mentioned in this thread, these types of decisions are based on the network and Xfinity has control over what is being aired. Networks are always looking for feedback from their viewers as to what they should air, so it is always a good idea to provide this feedback directly to the network station. With that being said, here at Xfinity we always want to ensure you can watch all your favorite shows to the best of our ability. I would love to view your channel lineup and research if we have another station or channel that will provide you with this show or something similar. If that is something you are interested in, can you send us a direct message with your full name and service address, please?

  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it

Per other posts, Sinclair and Scripps owned stations dropped MeTV so they can put on their own networks. Comcast has no control over what is aired. In the case of Charleston, another station has picked it up and it will be on Comcast in a few weeks.
