Why is ABC freezing up

I am in Jacksonville, FL.  Starting yesterday morning, ABC channel 5 and channel 431 is freezing up and voice delay.  It was working fine on Monday, and with no issues prior to Monday.  This is occurring on all three of my televisions.  I have done a restart but, nothing changes.  How do I get this corrected?

Have you tried using the Xfinity App to troubleshoot the issue?  It sounds like you've already gotten off to a good start by restarting your television boxes, but the app offers Interactive Troubleshooting tools that can perform many of the same diagnostics and tools we would use to address these types of issues.  You can check out the steps here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-troubleshoot-xfinity-app.
