@cnicolvegas2015,

Thank you for posting your question and Discovery's corporate communication in regards to the  Investigation Discovery and Comcast partnership here in the Xfinity Forum.

I can tell you that Investigation Discovery is still included in some packages in your area. I found Investigation Discovery included in our Digital Starter and our grandfathered Starter XF Triple Play packages in your region.

We understand that this is disappointing for some customers but in order to offer our customers a wide variety of content at the best value possible, we sometimes need to make difficult choices. We worked hard to create packages with the broadest possible appeal while maintaining value, and these changes are part of an ongoing effort to review the programming we offer based on a host of factors. Though we don’t share specific details publicly, this includes programming costs, alternative viewing options, overall viewing habits (i.e., lighter-viewed programming), and more.

You can find your local channel lineup with your current television package here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/

If you would like to modify your current package or would like to know more about Investigation Discovery channel please don't hesitate to let us know here.

I have been a Comcast customer since 1987 and my package was just upgraded yesterday. I was not told that I would lose any channels, but instead I was told that I'd actually gain some new channels, which is not true. ID is one of the channels I watch most and now I cannot get it. What gives? I want my old package back ASAP! This is simply not acceptable!
