Hey there, @user_c308e4, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your channels. We would be happy to help with troubleshooting. What channel are you having issues with? Is it a specific channel or multiple?
user_ca0h32 If the game broadcast is in Spanish but the commercials are still in English, that usually means the program's audio track was switched to SAP (Secondary Audio Program) or an alternate Spanish feed, while the commercials are being inserted locally in English.
Please try these steps:
Press Xfinity on the remote.
Go to Settings (gear icon).
Select Device Settings → Audio (or Language).
Look for SAP / Secondary Audio Programming.
Set it to Off or English.
Return to the channel and test again.
If it's happening on only one channel or one sporting event, the network may be providing multiple audio feeds, and the box may have selected the Spanish feed accidentally.
